PRE ORDER

I. PRE ORDER means that Kiddy Studio will order the item from my supplier exactly as requested by customer (color, size, quantity).

II. Please put 50% deposit (pre order) OR full payment(ready stock) to confirm your order, before i get it from supplier.

III. Once confirmation have been made, any cancellation or changing the color/size/quantity is not allowed. In case of cancellation, deposit will not be refund.

IV. In case the item ordered is not available, I will return your full deposit.

V. When the items arrive, I will inform you and expecting full payment to be made before delivery.

*PRE ORDER usually takes about 1 or 2 weeks time.

How to Order?

Just follow these simple steps!

Step 1: fill up the request order form

Step 2: i will reply your mail to confirm the availability of the item and the final price

Step 3: Once you have received my email, kindly arrange payment to us via direct bank-in

Step 4: After you have made payment, kindly alert me via sms to 019-7163228 or fina233@yahoo.com.sg

Step 5: Delivery will be arrange after we have confirmed receive of payment

Orders that request for self pick-up can be paid via COD (Cash on Delivery)

You can either choose to get your order delivered by Poslaju or self pick-up!

Terms & Conditions

1. All item(s) sold is/are non-refundable and non-exchangable. Every single item will be ensured in good condition before sending.

2. Please refer to items measurement provided to ensure you have ordered the correct size as there might be slight difference among brands of the same age.

3. Payment must be made withiin 3 days after receiving confirmation email from me. Please alert us should you require additional time to do so.

4. We do not accept cheque payment

5. We do not deliver to P.O.Box addresses.
